Vivo Android 11.x Guide

These Settings must be properly configured to keep MobiSafer app working.

  1. Settings => Apps & notifications => Special app access => Autostart => Mobile Data => Turn On
  2. Settings => Apps & notifications =>Special app access =>Background power consumption =>Mobile Data =>Turn on

Vivo old model devices

1) iManager => Apps => Special app access => Autostart =>  Mobile Data => Turn ON

2) iManager => Apps => Special app access => Background power consumption management =>  Mobile Data  => Turn ON

3) iManager => Security scan => Settings => Regular scan reminder => Turn OFF
