In the event, you have any grievance regarding anything related to these TermsPrivacy PolicyUSER LICENSE AGREEMENT or with any content or service of MobiSafer.com, in that case, you may freely write your concerns/complaint (along with necessary proof, such as screenshot, etc.) to the Grievance Officer through your registered email to support@mobisafer.com

On receipt of the complaint, an automatic ticket number will be generated and intimated to the complainant.

The Grievance Officer will look into the complaint and if the complaint seems to be genuine, it may do the following:

  • Disclose and share the details of the User; and/or
  • Verify the facts of the complaint with the User and thereafter may block the access or suspend services to such User
