To install the latest version of MobiSafer Application, you should uninstall the older version in your smartphone and remove the device in the dashboard. Only after following both these steps, you should install the latest version of Cell Tracker in your mobile.

STEP 1

Log- In into the dashboard with your concerned credentials. Go to the “PROFILE” section and click “DEVICE LIST”. Select your device in the Device List and Delete It.

STEP 2

After deleting data in the dashboard, open “SETTINGS” in your smartphone. Go into Apps/App Manager and uninstall the MobiSafer App that is in the name of MobileData.

STEP 3

After uninstalling the app and deleting the related data in dashboard, download New APK from MobiSafer website and install it. Towards the end of these formalities, you should submit your Registered Email ID and Password to wrap up the installation. Upon completion of this, the new version will get installed.
