Tip: The MobiSafer application disguises and renames itself as Mobile Data on your phone to prevent detection by your children.
STEP 1: Settings => Security => Device administrators => Uncheck « Mobile Data »
STEP 2: Settings => Apps or Applications or App Manager => « Mobile Data » => Uninstall
